Heloise's No-Salt Substitute

5 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container in a cool, dark place.

Tip: Never store spices near the stove....they lose their zip! You can double the amounts to make extra and store as stated above.
