Cajun Blackening Spice

5 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine and store in an air-tight container.
