Carob Truffles

1 package 12-16 oz carob chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons flax seed oil (optional)

In microwave or double boiler, melt carob chips. Stir in peanut butter & wheat germ and allow the mixture to cool. Form 1" balls and roll in wheat germ. Refrigerate until used.
