Dark Chocolate Fudge

18 ounces chocolate chips (dark chocolate)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 dash salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and vanilla.

Spread into an 8 or 9 inch square pan lined with wax paper. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
